Water used for ice-manufacturing which is intended foro human consumption should comply with the potable water regulations L.N 17 of 2009. Therefore periodic analysis should be carried out. The premises should implement a Food Safety Management System (HACCP) in order to ensure that their pricessing is line with the Food Hygiene Standards.

Aerosol Disinfection
We also provide Aerosol Disinfection. This is a technique where a special disinfectant is vaporised into ultrafine droplets using a suitable device (hot or cold mist) and blown into the air. Once they settle on the surfaces, these disinfectant droplets disinfect all the area.
Areas in contact with this vaporised disinfectant will be disinfected. This is an innovative technique.

Legionella Analysis
In line with L.N 5 of 2006 (Control Legionella Regulations), premises should carry out Legionella Analysis in an accredited Laboratory every 6 months.
We collect samples, sbumit them to an accredited laboratory for analysis, issue test reports, guide premises regarding any corrective actions that would need to be taken.

In line with L.N. 129 of 2005, a public or commercial swimming pool should be periodically analysed in order to ensure that the water is in line with the parameters indicated in the legal notice.
